The Positive Coaching Alliance

Rocky Mountain Storm Lacrosse Club has adopted the teaching philosophy of the Postive Coaching Alliance for all our coaches, parents and players.  The PCA's "Honor the Game" model stresses the teaching of life lessons over winning.

This includes programs for coaches and parents:

DOUBLE-GOAL COACHING:  Coaching for Winning and Life Lessons
SECOND-GOAL PARENT:  Developing Winners in Life Through Sports
