Colorado Youth Lacrosse League enacts club transfer rule:

The governing body for boys youth lacrosse in Colorado enacted Rule 1.2.2.d - the Player Transfer Rule.  All players wishing to transfer clubs must contact both their home club administrator (the club they played for in the most recent season) and the new club administrator.  If the home club administrator objects to the transfer, the request is automatically reviewed and voted on by the CYLA Executive Commitee.

The intent of the rule is monitor and, in some cases, prevent large scale recruiting by teams/clubs for the spring season.  This does not affect tournament teams that form outside the CYLA league schedule, other than the Jamboree tournament (which only allows teams that played together in CYLA spring season).  Information and transfer requests can be found:
